"Dzonga is the swampy South region of Vurhonga Savanna, partly bounded by riverbed, Mubedwa Nambu. Tourists usually tend to avoid this area. Poachers, unfortunately, do not. The dried river allows easy access for herds of blue wildebeest and cape buffalo to enter Vurhonga. The poachers follow them. Diseases have flourished here, too, with the dreaded Tsetse flies being a problem until only recently. You should be safe from them. Dzonga's west area features a large Fever Tree Forest -- most days that's our best place in Vurhonga to find shade and quiet."
