Jonsdorf is a subregion of Rotwald, which can be found in the north-west corner of the Hirschfelden Hunting Reserve.

"Jonsdorf represents the most civilised part south of Mount Bohndorf and possess an outpost, a few points of view and even an hiking station. A few small villages are located around the Spreeberg Lake, the region being the most popular of the two mountainous zones of the north-west."
