The Red Deer Scent is a type of lure that targets the olfactory senses of Red Deer. With the Dazed and Confused skill, it also attracts the Sika Deer and Roe Deer. As with all scent lures, the effective range is greatly affected by the speed and wind direction.
After extensive testing, despite listing Sika Deer as an affected species, they don't show any reaction to this lure unless it is paired with the Who's Deer skill. This is backed up by extracted game data.[1]
